Who We Are:
The Dudley Do Rite Foundation Inc. is a youth mentoring program dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of youth in the Atlanta area. We are passionate about guiding young people to become their best selves and providing them with the tools they need to reach their truest potential. Our mentorship program provides high-quality youth programming through career development workshops, advocacy and supportive services and provides personalized guidance and support. We strive to build trust and foster relationships that will allow our mentees to become successful, independent, and self-assured individuals.

Research findings indicate that adolescents who can identify a positive role model in their lives have higher grades and self-esteem than those who can’t, particularly when the youth knows their role model on a personal level.

Positive role models are also shown to decrease a youth’s potential for risky behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse, sexual intercourse, and violence.

Studies show that for youth of traditionally oppressed racial or ethnic groups, seeing members of their same group demonstrating the behaviors of a positive role model helps them see that they also have the potential to develop into a healthy, functional, positive adult.
Our ultimate mission is to help at-risk youth develop the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to navigate life's challenges and to achieve their full potential. We believe that by investing in our young people today, we can create a brighter and more hopeful future for all.
If you are interested in getting involved in our mentorship program, there are a variety of ways to do so. You can apply to become a mentor or you can also volunteer to help at events or fundraisers that are related to our program. No matter how you choose to get involved, being a volunteer and/or mentor can be a hugely rewarding experience.
Donating to our mentorship program is a great way to support youth in your community. Your donations will help provide access to resources and educational opportunities to those in need.
